Catalysts
Develop sponsored research opportunities and align expectations between faculty and sponsors.
Strategic Transactions Officers
Together with Catalysts, develop and negotiate sponsored research and collaboration agreements, including research-related non-disclosure agreements (NDA), data use agreements (DUA), and incoming material transfer agreements (MTA).
Alliance Managers
Provide guidance on complex, multi-year, non-federal engagements and implementation of consortia.
