What We Do
The Strategic Transactions team (STT) is responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating sponsored research and collaboration agreements, as well as confidentiality, data use, material transfer and other research-related agreements.
The STT includes the Hermes Team, previously named the NDA/DUA/MTA team, which creates and manages agreements that protect sensitive information and data, as well as the exchange of proprietary material. For questions about NDAs, DUAs, or MTAs, contact the Hermes Team at hermes-team@mit.edu.
